Seller of the products offered in this online store

SIA "Hi End Solutions", on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person who placed the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, enter into the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.

Delivery and payment procedure

The buyer orders the goods through this site, indicating the type and quantity of the goods ordered. The Buyer has the opportunity to pay for the goods using the payment instrument built into the online store - by paying by credit card or by paying an invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice is issued electronically and is valid without a signature.

The Seller ensures the delivery of the goods within 7 days from the date of receipt of payment for the goods, agreeing with the Buyer on the delivery time.

The Seller sends the Buyer a confirmation of acceptance of the order by e-mail.

Shipping:

• Omniva locations throughout Latvia EUR 3.50 including VAT.

• The cost of delivery by courier is 7.00 euros including VAT (throughout the territory of Latvia).

Cancel

The customer has the legal right to cancel the order. As a customer, you can withdraw from the contract within 5 (five) days by sending a corresponding notice, from which your decision to terminate the contract clearly follows. The term begins to run from the moment of receipt of the text of these instructions, but not before the goods are delivered to the buyer or a third party specified by the buyer.

Right to opt out

The Buyer has the right to refuse the Goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods by sending a letter of refusal to the Seller. The Seller sends the Buyer a letter of withdrawal form by e-mail at the request of the Buyer. The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the letter of withdrawal. All costs associated with the return of the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer. The buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal if:

• the ordered product was in use and has traces of use;

• The buyer has removed the original trademark tags.

The money is returned to the buyer's current account within 7 working days after sending and receiving the goods.

Part six of Article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Latvia on Consumer Rights Protection provides that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer the exercise of the right of withdrawal or to refuse compensation in the event of damage to the product, negligent handling of the product during use or failure to follow the instructions, if the original packaging of the product has been lost or its packaging has been significantly damaged.

Data processing

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by him is used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail address.

Dispute Resolution Rules

Relations arising on the basis of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Any dispute arising in connection with the application of these provisions shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached:

1. The Buyer has the right to use alternative dispute resolution methods provided for by regulatory enactments by submitting to the Seller a written application for out-of-court settlement of the dispute, indicating his contact details, the date of filing and the essence of the dispute, claims. and their rationale. 2. A dispute may be referred to a court in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
